1. Our tariff conditions:
The price shown to you per person is a tax-inclusive. It is calculated according to the services chosen.
Children benefit from special rates depending on the age group in which they are and depending on the accommodation.
- Children over 10 years old and up to 13 years old are entitled to 50% of the “adult” fare. The adult rate applies to children aged 14 and over.
- From 10 people, we offer you a group rate.
2. What is included in the rate:
The price of the excursions* includes the guided tour (guide, camels or 4X4 transport or quad, the activities/nights chosen as an option) and the lunch (meal or tea among locals if provided in the program).
*the programs of the tours and stays do not include lunches, unless the customer expressly requests it.
Rate does not include:
- air transportation costs,
- insurance costs,
- personal expenses during the excursion,
- lunches during the desert tours (which duration is more than 1 day);
3. Down payment
When you make your reservation, we will ask you to pay us a deposit equal to 30% of the price of the chosen excursion.
The deposit is paid by a PayPal transfer or bank transfer.
4. Cancellation of your trip
Refund of the down payment
If the cancellation is made between the deposit payment and in any case, more than 10 days before the beginning of the program, your deposit will be refunded up to 90%.
If the cancellation is made between the 10th and 3rd day before the start of the trip, we will refund 30% of the deposit paid.
You can not claim any refund of the deposit if you cancel your participation 3 days before the start of the program, except in cases of force majeure justified.
How soon the deposit will be refunded?
Your deposit is refunded within a maximum of one month.
No insurance is included in the price of excursions we organize. It is up to each customer to check before the excursion that he has the necessary insurance.
6. Optional nights
We organize your accommodation after the excursion according to the availability of the establishments with which we work in partnership. In the case of high demand, we may have to adapt our bookings in establishments offering similar accommodation conditions.
7. Special demands
If you wish to benefit from a special arrangement for your trip (diet, other …), thank you to let us know when you make your reservation so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
