1. Our price conditions

The price communicated to you per person is a tax-inclusive. It is calculated according to the number of participants, services chosen and the period of the year for the trip.

Children benefit from special rates depending on the age group in which they are and depending on the pricing policy applied by the accommodation establishment about overnights/meals.

With regard to transport services and certain activities:

  • Children from 6 years old and up to 10 years old are entitled to 50% of the “adult” fare.
  • The adult rate applies to children aged 10 and over.
  • From 10 people, we offer you a group rate.

2. What is included in the rate

The price of the one day excursions includes

  • transportation,
  • diesel,
  • driver,
  • some guided tours. Other visits are optional and not included in the price.
  • Lunch can be included in the rate at the request of the client.
  • Activities (quad biking, camel rides, mules, hiking, workshops, etc.) can also be included and are subject to an additional charge.

The price of the tours (more than one day):

  • transport,
  • diesel,
  • driver,
  • some guided tours. Other visits are optional and not included in the price.
  • Lunch can be included in the price at the client’s request.
  • Overnights with half board (dinner and breakfast),
  • Activities (quad biking, camel rides, mules, hiking, workshops, etc.) can also be included and are subject to an additional charge.

Rate does not include:

  • air transportation costs,
  • insurance costs,
  • personal expenses during the excursion ;

3. Deposit

When you wish make a reservation, we will ask you to pay us a deposit equal to about 30% of the price of the chosen excursion.

The deposit is paid via a secure link (pay by link) sent to you by email.

4. Cancellation of your trip

  • Cancellation up to 45 days before the scheduled departure date does not include any charges.

The deposit paid will be fully refunded.

When will the refund of the deposit take place? Your deposit will be refunded to you within a maximum period of one month.

  • If the cancellation occurs between 45 days and 30 days before the scheduled departure date, 10% of the total price of the reservation is due.
  • If the cancellation occurs between the 30th and 15th day before the scheduled departure date, 50% of the total price of the reservation is due.
  • If the cancellation occurs beyond the 15th day before the scheduled departure date, 100% of the total price of the reservation is due.

For group reservations or tailor-made services, special cancellation conditions may be specified in the quote.

5. Insurance

No insurance is included in the price of excursions we organize. It is up to each customer to check before the excursion that he has the necessary insurance (trip and and scheduled activities).

6. Overnights

We organize your accommodation according to the availability of the establishments (hotels, riads, guest houses, camps…).

In the case of high demand, we may have to adapt our bookings in establishments offering similar accommodation conditions.

7. Special demands

If you wish to benefit from a special arrangement for your trip (diet, other …), thank you to let us know when you make your reservation so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

8. Services

The services are provided by SARL MOROCCO DESERT TRIP, capital of 100,000 DHS, Douar Aarib, M’hamid, Zagora, n°003002027000023.

For some of our services, we may work with other companies.

9. Responsability

Our responsability can only be sought for direct damages and this, within the limit of an amount that cannot exceed that of the reservation.
