1st day of the Casablanca tour to Merzouga : night in Aït Ben Haddou

The first day of your 5-day Casablanca tour to Merzouga begins in the morning. You take the road towards Marrakech. After about 2:30 hours of driving, a short break in the pink city over tea or coffee.

Then you head to the Atlas Mountains. The road winds through the Moroccan High Atlas mountains and Berber villages. You pass through the Tizi’n’Tichka pass which rises to an altitude of more than 2000m. We take breaks for panoramic views and a visit to the Kasbah of Telouet.

In the afternoon, arrival in the Ksar of Aït Ben Haddou. The Ksar is located near Ouarzazate. Its Kasbah is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On site, you enjoy a visit with a local guide before spending a night in a traditional riad.

2nd day: From the Valley of Roses to the Todra Gorges

The desert reveals itself to infinity…

4th day: From Erg Chebbi to Ouarzazate via N’Kob and Agdz

After breakfast, it’s time to head back. This 4th day of the Casablanca Sahara tour is dedicated to the journey between the Merzouga desert and Ouarzazate. You pass through the town of Rissani, before continuing towards Alnif and Tazzarine. Enjoy the lovely arid landscapes as far as N’Kob where you stop to immortalize the palm grove which extends as far as the eye can see.

After this break, the journey continues to Agdz, a small charming village in the Drâa Valley. You advance via the Anti Atlas mountains to Ouarzazate to spend the night. The town of Ouarzazate is a very quiet town in South Morocco with traditional architecture. You are quickly transported into an exotic setting.

5th day Casablanca to Erg Chebbi desert trip : the return

This 5-day Casablanca tour to Merzouga excursion continues. After a night in Ouarzazate, we go up the road to the High Atlas mountains. Arriving in Marrakech around noon allows you to enjoy lunch on site. After this break in the pink city, head to Casablanca. You arrive at your destination late in the afternoon. Your driver will drop you off at your hotel.
